Special Event
Join us at Pure Space in downtown Portland located in the Pearl
Wednesday November 10, 2010 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Financial Beginnings, a financial literacy education nonprofit, is pleased to announce that A Tale of Good Cents: Financial Beginnings' Annual Tribute Event will be held at Pure Space in downtown Portland November 10, 2010. This annual event will bring together educators, finance industry leaders, community members, and the media for a night of dinner, entertainment and goodwill. As we launch into our sixth year, and celebrate our success in providing financial education to schoolchildren throughout the Pacific Northwest, we turn to local businesses who share our vision. We hope that you will be able to join us at the event and in our efforts to educate, enlighten and enthuse local youth.
To support and celebrate these new programs and partnerships we have planned a unique and engaging event. Join us to play The Game of Life! Together we will test our professional knowledge, take chances, challenge the competition and win great prizes, all to raise needed funds to support the incredible demand for our growing programs.
State Treasurer Ted Wheeler,
Senator Rick Metsger,
and more.
The evening's emcee will be Nick Allard from KGW News Channel 8 at Sunrise.
